Where can I buy Steez Products?

Steez Products are primarily sold on steezwatches.com, but we’re slowly adding unique retailers across the country. If you have a store and would like to carry Steez Watches, email steezwatches@aol.com for more information.

 

What forms of payment are accepted on Steezwatches.com?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

 

Are Steez Watches water resistant?

Yes, all Steez Watches are water resistant. We do not recommend fully submerging your watch. 


 

What is your return policy?

  Merchandise must be returned within 30 days

  Original receipt must be included

•  Merchandise must have original packaging

  Items must be in their original form (NOT worn or altered)

  We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage

  Customer must pay return shipping. You may use any shipping carrier of your choice. 

•  No returns on sale items

 To insure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your carrier

  We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges

  Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable

  All Refunds are issued to the original payment method

 

Do the watches come with a warranty?

Steez offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after original purchase. This means that if the materials in your watch aren't right or if the watch isn't put together correctly, we'll repair or replace it, at our option. But, this doesn't mean you can abuse your watch and expect us to fix it for free. We don't cover normal wear and tear or batteries, watch case, strap, loss or theft. You will void your warranty if you open your case-back. Contact steezwatches@aol.com if you have any questions regarding your warranty.

U.S. Shipping - $1.95 

Canada - $6

International Shipping - $11

 

 

How long before my order arrives?

Most shipments arrive within 7 business days, however, delivery times vary depending on carrier.  During our busiest times of the year (Spring, Summer, Holidays) it may take longer for your order to arrive.

  • Obey Clothing does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to service@obeyclothing.com before sending the item back.
  • Use of pre-paid return shipping labels will incur a $7.00 shipping charge, which will be deducted from your return.
  • You may use a shipper of your choice for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. To insure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper.
